Jürgen Buchmüller b04569bf88 gmic: update to 2.8.0; add lcms2-devel to makedepends ...

gimp-devel requires lcms2-devel to be installed or otherwise
'pkg-config --cflags gimp-2.0' errors out which makes the
gmic-qt target fail.

This should not happen if lcms2-devel was already included in the
depends for gimp-devel.
