XBPS_CACHEDIR has been replaced by XBPS_HOSTDIR in configuration file,
and this expects the following structure:

/host
  |_ /build (previously /pkg-builddir)
  |_ /binpkgs (previously /pkg-binpkgs)
  |_ /repocache (previously /cachedir)
  |_ /sources (previously /pkg-srcdistdir)
